This ONLINE workshop invites you to slow down and turn inward as you connect with the word—or words—that feel most aligned for the year ahead. Beginning with a short guided meditation, you’ll reflect on what wants to guide you through 2026 and express it through intuitive art-making with collage, watercolor, and marker. Art journaling offers a gentle, reflective way to explore intention through color, imagery, and simple marks—no art experience needed. Focusing on process rather than outcome allows your creativity to unfold naturally, and you’ll finish with a personal visual anchor you can return to throughout the year for clarity, grounding, and inspiration.
