This piece emerged as a study in flow, movement, and surrender. Inspired by the fluid nature of water and the quiet intelligence of the ocean, the octopus becomes a symbol of adaptability, creativity, and inner knowing. Each tentacle moves freely, weaving its way across the surface, reminding us of the many paths we take as we grow and evolve.
Layers of paint and collage create depth beneath the surface, like hidden thoughts and emotions that gently shape our experience. The soft blending of blues evokes a sense of calm and immersion, while the warm tones of the octopus bring life, energy, and presence—like something rising from within.
